Is the pre-winter roof check really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to book any work. If your roof doesn't need anything doing, we'll tell you that directly.
How long does the inspection take?
Typically 20 to 40 minutes, depending on roof size and access, including a loft check where it's accessible.
Do you check the loft?
Where access allows, yes — for daylight, staining, damp and ventilation, as well as checking the roof itself from outside.
Will you pressure me into having work done?
No. We'll give you an honest assessment either way.
