10-Year Written Guarantee — Every Job
Every roofing job we carry out — from a single repair to a complete re-roof — comes with a 10-year written guarantee issued on completion. This page explains exactly what it covers and how to use it.
The guarantee covers defects in workmanship on the specific work we have carried out. If the same fault recurs within the 10-year guarantee period as a result of our workmanship, we return and resolve it at no charge.
The guarantee is specific to the scope of work detailed on your written quote and completion certificate. Work completed in one area of a roof does not guarantee the condition of other areas not included in the original scope.
For flat roof installations using GRP fibreglass systems, a separate 25-year manufacturer warranty on the system materials is also provided, in addition to our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
If you believe a fault has recurred within the guarantee period, contact us as soon as possible. The simplest way is to call us directly on 07596 884288 or WhatsApp a photo of the issue to the same number.
We will arrange a visit to assess the situation. If the fault falls within the guarantee scope, we will carry out the necessary remedial work at no charge to you. We aim to attend guarantee call-backs within five working days wherever possible.
Please have your completion certificate or original written quote available as reference when you contact us, as this helps us locate your job details quickly.

But the written guarantee exists because we believe you should have something tangible to rely on. It means that if anything does go wrong within the guarantee period as a result of our work, you have a clear, documented right to have it resolved at no cost — not a promise that depends on goodwill, but a written commitment.
