Every job Select Roofing Services completes comes with a 10-year written workmanship guarantee. No small print. No call centres. If something we’ve done fails within the guarantee period, we come back and resolve it.

Our commitment
When a job is complete, you receive a written guarantee document that specifies the work carried out, the date of completion and the guarantee period. This document is yours to keep — store it with your property records or hand it to a future buyer as evidence of the work and its backing.
The guarantee covers workmanship defects — meaning any fault arising from how the work was carried out, rather than damage caused by an unforeseeable event such as an extreme storm. If a repair we completed develops the same fault again within 10 years, we return, inspect and resolve it at no charge to you.
Materials used on new roofs and flat roof systems also carry manufacturer guarantees. GRP fibreglass systems, for example, carry a 20-year system life from the manufacturer in addition to our own 10-year workmanship guarantee. We will clearly identify which guarantees apply to your specific job on the written document we provide.
Making a claim is straightforward. Call us on 07596 884288 or WhatsApp us with your name and address. We will arrange a visit to inspect the issue and carry out any remedial work covered by the guarantee. There is no charge and no argument — that is the point of a guarantee.
