Can you repair my original slate roof or will I need to replace it with tiles?
We can repair and maintain original slate roofs. Most Liverpool slate roofs are worth preserving — slate is a far more durable material than concrete tile and a full replacement is a significant cost. We will assess honestly whether repair is the right approach or whether the roof has reached a point where full replacement is more economical.
