There's no form to fill in and no proof of age required — we simply take you at your word when you mention it, whether that's on the phone, on WhatsApp, or when we're stood on your drive giving you a quote.
It applies to everything we do: routine repairs, full re-roofs, emergency call-outs, chimney work, guttering, the lot. There's no separate list of what does or doesn't qualify, and nothing is added back to the price to make up the difference elsewhere.
